What the crew does, and what it does not.

Roofs first, then the parts of the house that meet the roof. We do not do windows, decks or interior work, and we will say so on the phone rather than send you a number for something we do not do well.

Started in 2015 with one truck. Still run by the guy who drives it.

Luis spent nine years on other people's crews in Joliet and Bolingbrook before he bought a used box truck and a nail gun of his own. Three Rivers moved into the shop off Route 30 in 2019, and the crew is now eight roofers on two trucks, all on payroll.

The name is the three rivers that meet in town. The work is the same roof we would put on our own houses, which three of the crew have done.

Let me walk it before I price it. Then the paper and the phone say the same number, and that number does not move unless the deck is rotten and you have seen the photo.

What Joliet says about us.

Luis walked the roof with my husband, sent the estimate two days later, and the crew had the tear-off and new roof done before dark. They ran the magnet over the lawn twice and took the dumpster that night.

Two other companies told us we needed a whole new roof. Three Rivers re-flashed the chimney and told us the shingles had five years left. That honesty is why they are doing the siding next spring.

Marcus T., PlainfieldAugust 2026, Google

After the July wind they tarped us the same evening and photographed everything. The repair estimate matched the final bill to the dollar. Rosa in the office answered every call.

The trucks leave Route 30 at six-thirty. Inside Joliet, Plainfield and Shorewood we can usually look at a roof within two days. Out toward Yorkville or Peotone, give us the week.

Questions people ask us.

Do you need to get on my roof to give me a price?
Yes, and only with your permission. Luis asks before he sets the ladder, takes photos of every slope, and shows them to you before he leaves. If you would rather he stayed on the ground, he can measure from the ground and the photos, and the estimate will say so.
How fast is the written estimate?
Within three business days of the roof walk, by email, itemized line by line. If you need it sooner for a closing, say so on the call and Rosa moves it up.
What happens after a storm?
Call us. If water is coming in, a crew comes out the same day or the next morning to tarp the open spots. We photograph the damage, write up the repair, and hand you the photos and the estimate. We do not go on the roof until you say so.
How long does a re-roof take?
A single-family house with one layer takes one day with the full crew. Two layers, a steep pitch or a lot of dormers can push it to two. We tell you which before we start, and the roof is never left open overnight.
What does the license number on this page mean?
Illinois requires anyone roofing for pay to hold a state roofing contractor license. The Unlimited class covers residential, commercial and industrial roofs. Our number, 104.000000, is a demo number on this sample site. A real one can be checked on the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation license lookup.
